In developing the Hoakon/Helga handbag line, designer Andrea Strand uses inspirations which draw from her past and present. Andrea is experienced in textile design and has received a Fine Arts Degree from the Alberta College of Art and Design, with a major in Fibre (textiles). She began designing handbags during her 2nd year of college, and has continued ever since.

A group of etsy artists recently joined forces and collaborated on a notecard exchange project. Each artist mailed one of their notecards to each of the other 9 artists. Ultimately, each artist ended up with ten fabulous cards to list in their respective shops. Each artist will list the cards in their shops over the next few weeks.
